Filming, recording or audio recording of our tourist content
In the protection of intellectual property rights for our tours, we do not allow any type of video and/or audio recording of our tours. If you ignore this requirement, we will not retaliate, but we strongly urge you not to do so. The interesting stories we share with you are the result of many years of hard research.
Photography
You have all the freedom during the tour to choose to voluntarily participate in the photograph captured by the guide. We use these photos mainly to keep them as a souvenir and share them with the participants, but they also work as propaganda for our social media such as Facebook and Google Maps.
In the event that your face or that of your companions are shown in the group photo, you are giving us permission to use your image voluntarily to be shared or distributed without profit intentions, this means that you agree to waive the right to a commission or reward related to the use of your image.
You can contact us at any time if you want us to censor your face. The photo will be removed and edited for censorship.

Throughout the course of our professional career, we have never had an unfortunate incident. All our tours have been managed in a professional manner seeking a safe environment for everyone. Nevertheless; accidents are fortuitous and can happen.
Taking a tour with us will not make us responsible for your integrity or heritage or for each person who accompanies you during our tours. It is your responsibility to always be alert to any possible contingency. We will not be responsible for any incident where your integrity or that of your companions is endangered or for the loss of any material value.
